The "ticket*" from our Saha World is NOT valid and is completely inaccessible (to the Land of Bliss). So, how? The Tathagata says, "I take you there!" It's the Great Compassion of the Tathagata's "unfailing attainment of our birth."
Don't issue yourself the certificate of Shinjin, that's useless.
